These terms apply specifically to the SMS program through which Joyful

Entertainment sends event opportunity offers and booking confirmations

to independent contractor DJs on our roster.

Who this applies to: DJs who have joined Joyful Entertainment's roster

and verbally agreed, directly with the business owner, to receive these

messages.

What you'll receive: Texts about available wedding event opportunities

(date, venue, pay, and hours) and confirmation messages when an event

is booked. These messages are operational only — not marketing,

promotions, or third-party offers of any kind.

Message frequency: Varies based on event volume.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving these messages.

Data sharing: Your mobile number and consent are used solely by Joyful

Entertainment for this purpose. They are never sold, shared, or

disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional

purposes.

is not a condition of any booking, contract, or engagement with Joyful

Entertainment.
