Who This Applies To
Independent contractor DJs who join the Joyful Entertainment roster and opt in to receive SMS notifications about event opportunities.

Contact details (name, phone number)
Consent status (whether you've opted in to SMS)
Communications history (SMS sent and received through this program)
SMS/Text Messaging Program
When you're added to our roster, we send a one-time text asking you to reply YES to opt in. Only DJs who reply YES receive further messages.
Types of messages: event opportunity offers (date, venue, pay, hours) and booking confirmations
Message frequency: varies based on event volume
Message and data rates may apply
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages

SMS consent is not a condition of any booking, contract, or engagement with Joyful Entertainment

Your Rights
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or request deletion of your data by contacting info@joyfulentertainment.net.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest version.
That's everything needed for Twilio verification, nothing extra to conflict with it. Once that's live, update your message_flow field with the YES-reply wording from earlier, then resubmit the campaign in Console (edit the existing rejected one, don't create new).
